Audi Innovation Awards are an exciting opportunity for all students
of Design & Technology/Technology Education, aged 11–14,
to enter national design awards whilst addressing aspects of Design & Technology
which are part of the Key Stage 3 National Strategy. They also
address aspects of the National Curriculum for D&T Programmes
of Study as well as the technology component of the 5–14
Environmental Studies Guidelines.

All challenges are directly linked to the design element of Design & Technology/Technology
Education. They have been written to spark students’ imaginations
and aim to encourage creativity and originality in their ideas;
everything that Vorsprung durch Technik stands for.
For you, as a teacher, the six challenges offer an opportunity
to encourage your students to solve problems and come up with creative
solutions, both a central theme of any designing and making activity.

Information on next year’s competition and challenges will be available soon.

Students can enter any of the six downloadable challenges individually
or in groups of up to four. Students can enter as many different
challenges as they want and schools can enter as many of their
students as they like.
All entries must be received no later than 31 March 2006 and
every Entry
Form must be signed by a teacher. Read
the Rules and Regulations and find entry details.
Information on prizes available.
